Broome County holds remembrance ceremony
BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- At 8:46 a.m., Broome County held a somber seventh anniversary ceremony. It marked the exact time the first plane crashed into the Twin Towers on 9/11.

People say it's important to mark the tragedy each year and never forget.

"This is a brotherhood and the pain is never going to go away. This day will always be a big day in every firefighter's life," said Binghamton Fire Department Captain Christopher Ballard.
