Sunshine, Some High Clouds and Near Record Warmth Today 

Some Extra Clouds and Cooler Temperatures for the Weekend 

Today we’ll see blue sky, sunshine and some high thin clouds.  Highs will range from low 60s to near 70 degrees.  The standing record high for Syracuse is 69 degrees set back in 1986.  40s and 50s can be expected near the lakes. 

Tonight skies will be clear to partly cloudy and the breeze will pick up a little by sunrise.  Lows will range from upper 30s to mid 40s. 

Saturday we’ll see hazy sun, increasing clouds and highs near 60, but cooler near the lakes.  Sunday a front will be right on top of us.  We’ll continue to see clouds and possibly a few showers during this time.  Highs will be near 50.

Today we’ll see blue sky, sunshine and some high thin clouds.  Highs will range from upper 50s to low 60s.  The standing record high for Watertown is 65 degrees set back in 1983.  40s to near 50 can be expected near Lake Ontario. 

Tonight skies will be partly cloudy and the breeze will pick up a little by sunrise.  Lows will range from low 30s to near 40. 

Saturday we’ll see hazy sun, increasing clouds and highs near 50, but cooler lakeside.  Sunday a front will be right on top of us.  We’ll continue to see clouds and possibly a few showers during this time.  Highs will be near 40.

Changes During the Weekend

Sunny, breezy, warm weather will continue across the Southern Tier today with everyone reaching atleast the 60s. A few spots west of Binghamton, in the valley have a chance at reaching 70 later this afternoon. A moisture starved front will approach the region tomorrow spreading in clouds during the afternoon. This front will bring little rain to the region, but will bring more clouds and cooler temperatures for Sunday.

Low pressure will ride along this front Monday and into Tuesday bringing the better chance for more widespread rain, and colder temperatures.
