Vince Gallagher is our State Education reporter. He is from the Albany-Saratoga Springs area, and works out of the Albany newsroom. Along with education reports, he also works on human interest and special feature segments. Vince also enjoys radio broadcasting, which he does in Saratoga Springs, where he also currently resides.
