UNITED STATES -- A Pennsylvania woman left with permanent injuries from last year's Megabus crash on the Onondaga Lake Parkway in Liverpool has filed a lawsuit against Coach USA, the company that operates Megabus.
Lo Wah Chu, 56, claims a GPS could have prevented the crash from happening, but Coach USA bans drivers from using GPS devices.
Chu says she has catastrophic brain and spinal injuries from the September crash that killed four people.
The bus driver, John Tomaszewski, has pleaded not guilty to negligent homicide charges.
A lawyer for Megabus has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
