LIVERPOOL, N.Y. -- While the nation remembers the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks, Sunday also marks the one year anniversary of the Megabus crash in Liverpool.
The double-decker bus hit the railroad bridge overpass on the Onondaga Lake Parkway just before 2:30 a.m. Four people were killed and more than 20 others hospitalized.
The bus was headed from Pennsylvania to Toronto, with a scheduled stop in Syracuse.
This May, the bus driver, John Tomaszewski, pleaded not guilty to negligent homicide charges.
