ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Oneida County man accused of murdering his girlfriend's six-year-old daughter will be in court Wednesday.Trebilcock faces felony charges, including second degree murder and assault in the June 2011 death of Lauren Belius.
Trebilcock pleaded not guilty back in September of 2011 and is awaiting trial. If he does waive his right to a jury trial, his case would be heard and decided by just the judge.
