VIENNA, N.Y. -- A Blossvale woman is dead following a crash in the Town of Vienna. It happened around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Route 13 and Mill Pond Way.

Police say 71-year-old Theresa Frye was hit by a flat bed truck when she pulled out in front of it while leaving the parking lot of a Nice N’ Easy store. She died from her injuries at the scene of the crash. The truck driver was not hurt.

Investigators are still looking into the crash, but do not anticipate any charges.
