ELMIRA, NY--After a defensive standoff through the first two periods, the Elmira Jackals finally broke the ice 7:34 into the third and added two empty-net goals in the final minute to beat Reading 3-0 Saturday and force a deciding Game 5 in their ECHL quarterfinal series.

Elmira is trying to become the eighth team in league history to rally from an 0-2 hole to win a best-of-5 series. Game 5 is Monday night at First Arena starting at 7:05.
