ENDICOTT, N.Y. -- A 14-year old was rescued from the Susquehanna River Wednesday. Endicott police and firefighters arrived on the scene near the 1900 block of Riverview Drive around noon after hearing that a teen had fallen into the water. Police say the individual was pulled out and taken to Wilson Memorial Hospital.

The teen’s name and condition are not being released and police say they can't offer any other information at this time.
