SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- State Police are investigating an employee of the gun manufacturer Glock. Investigators say Mark Doneburgh, a 20 year employee, made guns using various parts that were obtained illegally and may have supplied buyers with the mismatched weapons.

Police say some of the Glocks that were sold had a slides of varying caliber, other models had serial numbers that didn't match on all three parts.

Officials say these altered firearms may cause injury. If you bought a gun with this description, Glock says it will replace it.

Anyone who has bought a weapon like we described is asked to call New York State Police at (315) 575-8895. Or contact police if you've worked with Doneburgh to transfer a firearm to another person, or purchased a weapon from him.
