HAMILTON, N.Y. - With a chance to clinch only its second-ever NCAA tournament appearance, the top-seeded Colgate men's lacrosse team could not stop No. 2 Lehigh in a 16-14 loss in the Patriot League tournament championship on Sunday.

Colgate (12-3) still has one more regular-season game remaining to boost its resume for an at-large bid to the NCAAs as it hosts No. 7-ranked Maryland on Saturday.
