BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Binghamton man has been arrested after allegedly telling his daughter to punch a schoolmate. Broome County Sheriff's Deputies said Robert Woodward, 38, encouraged his twelve-year-old daughter to punch another schoolmate during an argument after a dodge ball tournament.

The schoolmate was hit twice in the face.

Woodward is charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
