If you're a jogger, soccer, or field hockey player, you may have experienced shin splints. They are a terrible feeling that comes in between your shin bone and the muscle. In order to try and strengthen the front of the bone, some physical therapists say you should do toe ups or shin strengtheners. Marcie Fraser shows you how.
