ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Clay man will spend three to nine years in prison for a drunk driving crash that killed his girlfriend last year. Mark Richter was sentenced this morning in Onondaga County Court.

He pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter last month. Richter admitted to driving drunk on Grampion Road last May when he crashed into a tree, killing Debrah Brown, 23.

The couple's 17-month-old son was also in the car, and Richter pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child.
