BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- The trial for a Bradford County man accused of murdering his cousin and her husband in 2006 has been postponed again.
Jury selection for the John DeSisti murder trial was set to begin Monday, but it's been pushed back. Last week, court administrators told YNN there was a competency hearing set for this Friday. A new trial date has not yet been set.
DeSisti is accused of killing Carol and David Keeffe at their home in Athens Township six years ago over a land dispute. DeSisti was not charged with the murders until 2010.
