SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police have identified the man who was hit by a UPS truck and killed Monday night on Erie Boulevard East.

Investigators said Raymond Breeze, 62, was hit around 7:30 p.m. after walking into the street. They said it was raining at the time, and the UPS delivery truck driver didn't see Breeze until it was too late.

No tickets have been issued at this point.
