SENECA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The man accused in the 2008 death of his son has been indicted by a grand jury.
Karl Karlsen, 52, of Seneca County, was indicted Thursday on two counts of murder and one count of insurance fraud.
Authorities say Karlsen took out a substantial life insurance policy on his son just days before he died.
Deputies believe Karlsen caused a vehicle to fall off a car jack and pin his son, Levi, killing him.
Karlsen is scheduled to answer to the charges December 10th in Seneca County.
