VESTAL, N.Y. -- A window that was smashed out at Willow Point Nursing Home wasn't the work of burglars. Believe it or not, a deer got into the building Wednesday.

Officials on scene say a deer ran through the payroll department's window around 1 p.m. Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident, but the deer was stuck in the building for several hours.

The Department of Environmental Conservation was called in to help remove it.
