VESTAL, N.Y. -- A Vestal man has pleaded guilty to multiple charges stemming from a shooting in 2010. Jovan Gresham, 24, pleaded guilty to assault in the first degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.Gresham admitted to shooting and seriously injuring Karlshien Marks, 33, on February 28, 2010. Gresham also admitted that he unlawfully possessed a loaded handgun twice in 2011.
He remains free on bond and sentencing is set for April 1st.
