SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- We're learning more information about Tuesday night's rollover crash on Erie Boulevard in Syracuse. Syracuse Police arrested the driver, Narcissi Rutagarama, 27.

Police say Rutagarama was headed eastbound on Erie Boulevard when his car went off the road, hit a snow bank and then a utility pole.

He's been charged with felony driving while intoxicated, reckless operation, and failure to maintain lane. He was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries, and will appear at City Traffic Court at a later date.
