OSWEGO, N.Y. – It’s been a snowy afternoon and evening in Oswego County. Lake effect bands and whipping winds have made it tough to travel. The worst snow has been in the Tug Hill region.

An accident happened along State Route 104 in the Town of Oswego. The tractor trailer flipped over along the slippery road.
